| | Campo Alegre is a popular spot with folks from Corrales. Some folks stay here for the purpose of being in the vicinity of Petroglyph National Monument. The skiing at Sandia Peak is splendid, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like University of New Mexico Golf Course. It's completely out of the question to get bored in New Mexico if you like the outdoors.

go for a hike along the Embudito Trail. It is very dried out here at Campo Alegre regularly; August is when you get the most rain here; November is when it's the driest. This campground is so pleasant. Manzano Mountains State Park is a splendid site to stop at.

| Gonzales Reservoir is close at hand; there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Pino Trail.
Don't miss out on a trip to Petroglyph National Monument since you're here at Campo Alegre, and the La Luz Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. The magnificent local attractions and such a magnificent variety of outdoors recreation will make you delighted you came.
At this campground you will always have a pleasant time. Here at Campo Alegre there are plenty of people from Albuquerque, and going for a hike on the Ellis Trail is always a great adventure. | |

At Campo Alegre entertaining stuff to do is abundant, and what a nice site for camping it is. If you're a golfer then a perfect nearby course is Puerto Del Sol Golf Course, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Embudo Trail.
The staff of this nice campground and
the satisfactorily looked after facilities are incentive enough to come here. Camping out definitely is an entertaining thing to do, and Campo Alegre in New Mexico is a nice choice.
Summertime highs at Campo Alegre regularly tend to be in the 90's. Summer nighttime lows descend
down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's while Campo Alegre nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. Among the things you can do near Campo Alegre are fishing, playing golf, swimming, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do.
