Have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Flat Ridge Trail, and while you're here and you like golf, you can pop by Bear Brook Golf Club. That right there is heaps already, but it goes on; Rabbit Patch Camp Ground has it all. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Raymondskill Creek, and Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area is a perfect location nearby. year are in the 80's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Rabbit Patch Camp Ground temperatures descend to the 10's. This is no location for people who don’t like to
enjoy themselves. A day on the slopes of Shawnee Mountain is just what you need. Muckshaw Ponds is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and don't leave without visiting Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. If you come at the right time of year, Paulins Kill River offers some great whitewater, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Bald Hill Trail.
