Avalon Campground, New Jersey   Avalon Campground is an old favorite with people in South Dennis. If you are in New Jersey all through camping season, you must go camping. Such a delightful choice of attractions and such a vast number of things to do will make you glad you came. That right there is a load already, but it continues; Avalon Campground has it all. Spend the day on the beach at Seven Mile Beach while you're here at Avalon Campground, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Avalon Golf Club. Avalon Campground is near Cape Henlopen State Park which is a lovely location; time     spent at Ludlam Beach is always nice. Avalon Campground sees pretty high levels of rain; August is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February. Outdoors recreation is abundant, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is fishing, playing golf, and swimming, so you won’t run out of things to do. The helpful operators of the campground and the nicely operated operations have folks coming here. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Avalon Campground while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Avalon Campground. It's unhealthy to be in a building every day; you've got to get out of the house sometimes; Avalon Campground in New Jersey is such a fine site. Swamps don’t sound that fine but Old Bogs in   the vicinity of Avalon Campground is pretty fine, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by South Dennis. This campground is so nice. New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail Route is a very fine site to pop by in the neighborhood of Avalon Campground, and if you've had enough of Avalon Campground, Magnolia Lake is nearby. Wildwood Golf & Country Club is a golf course right next door to Avalon Campground. There are so many fun things to do near Avalon Campground; many people like to come here to escape. While you're here at Avalon Campground you should check out Stites Sound; why not take a little tour to Uncle Aarons Creek while you're here. Some people stay at this campground to take a look at nearby Seven Mile Beach.
