| | White Ledge Campground is an old favorite with the people of Belmont. This campground is so striking. The Ridge Trail is a great hiking trail near White Ledge Campground, and a round of golf at nearby Lake View Golf Club is a wonderful way to kill some time. Ok, you've been cooped up too long, you need to get out, and White Ledge Campground in New Hampshire is exactly the site. The positive atmosphere and the incredibly satisfactorily managed facilities will make you feel fine. This camp ground is one of the great places to camp here in the White Mountains. |
If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the White Mountains. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Laconia Country Club, and why not take a little tour to Jewett Brook since you're here. As if White Ledge Campground wasn't enough, you can also
| go swimming, whitewater paddling, fishing, playing golf, and hiking, so you won’t run out of things to do. That right there is heaps of enjoyable things already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all. There is a glorious hiking trail next to White Ledge Campground called the Col Trail, and if you're a golfer then a fine close by course is Lochmere Golf & Country Club. Do go to Avery Dam since you're here at White Ledge Campground; close by you'll locate a wooded region called Opechee Bay Tract. This is beyond doubt a tremendous campground. | |

Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Winnipesaukee River, and going for a hike along the Rattlesnake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. The fine variety of local attractions and the close by outdoors recreation are
guaranteed to keep you coming back time and again. The surroundings of this campground have such an incredible array of things to offer. Places like Wellington State Beach are delightful to pop by. You'll truly wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting stuff in
the White Mountains. A journey to Gilford Beach close to White Ledge Campground is always a good idea; you can never get enough of the great skiing at Gunstock. While you're here at White Ledge Campground you can take a hike along the Butterworth Trail; White Ledge Campground is
not the only spot nearby, Opechee Bay Reservoir is a nearby lake. And that's not all you can do here at White Ledge Campground. On a perfect day at White Ledge Campground you can take a hike along the Pasture Trail, and get your heart pumping on the pleasant whitewater of Merrimack
River. A lot of people camp here so they can go to Endicott Park Beach. There's so many things to do right next door to White Ledge Campground, and many people like to come here to escape. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to White Ledge Campground. Once
the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows at White Ledge Campground all through the wintertime generally drop into the 0's. A good deal of precipitation falls at White Ledge Campground; all through November this
area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. In New Hampshire you never run out of outdoors amusing stuff. A trip to Dixon Point in the neighborhood of White Ledge Campground is always a tremendous idea; Bear Brook State Park is a tremendous spot to
stretch your legs a bit. That right there is a load already, but it continues; White Ledge Campground has it all. On a pretty day you can stop by Endicott Park Beach next to White Ledge Campground, and during your visit here you'll meet some folks from Belmont for sure.
