When you're here at Wabanaki Campgrounds it's always fun to explore White Lake State Park; you're sure to come across some good folks from Silver Lake here. So much exciting stuff in the White Mountains, just impressive. Don't forget to take a tremendous little spree to Chocorua River, and there's tremendous hiking along the Carter Ledge Trail. There is a great hiking trail next to
    Wabanaki Campgrounds called the Weetamoo Trail. Lakes? Sure, Lily Pond is in the neighborhood. During the summer highs here at Wabanaki Campgrounds reach the 80's while overnight lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's with winter lows
in the 0's overnight here at Wabanaki Campgrounds.
And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing things just keep reading. Silver Lake Dam is striking and it's near Wabanaki Campgrounds; going for a hike on the Piper Trail is always a nice adventure. And that's not everything there is to do here in the White Mountains. White Mountain National Forest is a pleasant place to stretch your legs a bit, and Wonalancet is a good whitewater spot nearby. This campground is always a delight. There are splendid sites to look at along the Hammond Trail;
 
at Wabanaki Campgrounds you can catch a glimpse of Deer Hill.
This is such a picturesque campground. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bearcamp River, and a day on the slopes of King Pine is just what you need. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place! Wabanaki Campgrounds is peerless! If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Indian Mound Golf Club is close at hand. Don't leave Wabanaki Campgrounds without first going for a hike along the White Ledge Trail, and you can run the rapids of Lovell River.
The high level of rain makes Wabanaki Campgrounds a reasonably wet place; November is the month that gets the most rain, and September on the other hand is the driest.
