Wabanaki Campground, White Mountains, New Hampshire   i've stayed at Wabanaki for 14 years! I love it there! it's a good place for large famlies and close friends. I know almost everybody from the manager down to our newest campers. Says Katie This camp ground is situated in the wonderful White Mountains. There's splendid hiking along the Hammond Trail; good hiking is available along the Carter Ledge Trail. As if Wabanaki Campground wasn't enough, you can also go whitewater paddling, hiking, swimming, playing golf, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Wabanaki     Campground sees pretty high levels of rain; November is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is September. This campground is so good. There is a wonderful hiking trail in close proximity to Wabanaki Campground called the White Ledge Trail; needless to say, everyone loves White Lake State Park. Some folks stay at Wabanaki Campground when going to White Lake State Park. Camping in New Hampshire is such a fun activity. Wabanaki Campground is a very popular old favorite campground among folks in Freedom. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Wabanaki Campground. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the enjoyable things at Wabanaki Campground. Whitewater paddling is delightful on Swift River; if you're a golfer then a glorious nearby course is Indian Mound Golf Club. Going for a hike   on the Weetamoo Trail is always a fine adventure, and you can never get enough of the great skiing at King Pine. At Wabanaki Campground throughout the summertime highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Wabanaki Campground dip into the 0's. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever wanna return home again. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lovell River; if you've had enough of Wabanaki Campground, Duck Pond is close by. That right there is a load of enjoyable stuff already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all. Ossipee River is a perfect whitewater spot close to Wabanaki Campground, and you'll most likely meet some people from Freedom here. Anxious to pitch that tent of yours; Wabanaki Campground in New Hampshire is such a splendid site. The surroundings of this campground have such a great deal of things to offer. Looking for some flowing water? Try Square Brook, and you can go for a hike on the Piper Trail. The positive surroundings and a splendid variety of fun stuff beat anything. At Wabanaki Campground entertaining stuff to do is plentiful, and it's one of those sites where everything is splendid. You are near Leavitt Bay if you're here at Wabanaki Campground, and White Mountain National Forest is a great place to go. Such a delightful selection of attractions and such a delightful variety of outdoors recreation will without doubt have you coming back again and again.
