good time when you're here. Good hiking is available along the Hammond Trail, and at Terrace Pines Camping Area you always meet someone from Ossipee. This campground is a stunning site to go to. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Ossipee River; don't leave without going to Pawtuckaway
State Park. Terrace Pines Camping Area is a campground quite often visited by the people from Ossipee. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Carter Ledge Trail, and while you're here here do go to close by Allen Albee Beach. There are some great whitewater spots on Cold
Brook, and White Lake State Park is worth visiting. You can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Abenaki, and the peak of Trask Hill can be distinguished from Terrace Pines Camping Area. You need to get out of the house, and Terrace Pines Camping Area is a good local
campground if you happen to be in New Hampshire. The caring staff and the nice facilities have a lot of people coming here. At Terrace Pines Camping Area during the months of summer highs are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Terrace Pines Camping Area sink into the 0's.
