Scenic View Campground, White Mountains, New Hampshire   Family camping at the base of the White Mountains. Exceptionally clean rounds and bathrooms, friendly staff always available to help you. Sites vary from basic wooded tent sites to pull through sites to accomodate the bigger rigs. Weekend activities include live bands, D.J.s ice cream socials, moonlight adult swims and field games. Come check out why so many campers return year     after year. Cardigan State Park is a beautiful spot any time of year, and you'll most likely meet some folks from Warren here. This campground is always a pleasure. Oliverian Notch is near Scenic View Campground and is a wonderful site; skiing at Tenney Mountain is one of those things you just must do. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the White Mountains. Take a hike on the Glencliff Trail; why not a little side visit to Still Brook. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have a good time. Hildreth Dam is a wonderful spot close to Scenic View Campground. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff truly is bountiful here in the White Mountains. Lakes are splendid; Mud Pond is a lake that's in the vicinity of Scenic View Campground, and going for a hike along the Tunnel Brook Trail will let you absorb the natural   beauty of this vicinity. From a precipitation point of view Scenic View Campground is a rather normal spot; the month with most of the rain is August, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Places like Wellington State Beach are wonderful to take a look at; if you're here you can take a hike along the Moosilauke Carriage Road. This is such a fun spot for a campground. Get dripping wet paddling on Baker River; Scenic View Campground is right by the Blueberry Mountain Trail. If you come at the right time of year, Pond Brook River offers some great whitewater, and you can have a glorious hiking adventure along the Three Ponds Trail. At Scenic View Campground during the days of summer highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is quite colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Scenic View Campground. That right there is lots already, but it carries on; Scenic View Campground has it all. At Scenic View Campground you can distinguish Swain Hill, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Baker River. AMENITIES Tent camping is available - We have basic wooded sites or an outback area where you can lug your gear in and set up camp next to babbling brooks.  No  vehicle traffic allowed in the outback area. RV hookups are available - 15 RV hookups Pets are allowed - Proof of rabies required and rules of common courtesy for all.  Free doggie bags at store.
