Cardigan State Park is a great site to check out; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Baker River. Scores of fun is at this campground. Swain Hill is uncomplicated to spot from Scenic View Campground, also Hildreth Dam is worth checking out if you're here. Scenic View Campground is a good spot of normal rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here; February is when it's the driest. For the duration of the months of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Scenic View Campground, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Scenic View Campground. This campground has everything. Go for a hike on the Moosilauke Carriage Road, and whitewater   paddling is great on Pond Brook River. So much amusing stuff right next door to Scenic View Campground, clearly impressive. Gotta ski! Tenney Mountain is a great place to do that, and folks from Warren love to come here. On a perfect day at Scenic View Campground you can take a hike along the Blueberry Mountain Trail, and a good place for whitewater paddling is Baker River. There's no way anyone can get bored here in the White Mountains. Going for a hike on the Tunnel Brook Trail is always a glorious adventure; nearby Oliverian Notch is a magnificent place to go. So many enjoyable things to do in the White Mountains, not sufficient time. Near Scenic View Campground you hit upon the Three Ponds Trail which is a great hiking trail, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Still Brook. The Glencliff Trail is a great hiking trail in close proximity to Scenic View Campground; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Baker Floodwater Reservoir Site. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are truly abundant here at Scenic View Campground. Wellington State Beach is a great site.
