There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Merrimack River, and if you're here you can play some golf at Crystal Springs Golf Club.

Near Sanborn Shore Acres you hit upon a golf course called Atkinson Country Club, and hiking along the Onemile Trail is pleasant fun. Lots of folks stay here when they come to go
