The high level of precipitation makes Pine River Campground a rather wet site; the month with most of the rain is November while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This is a great campground. There's glorious hiking along the Weetamoo Trail, and at Pine River Campground you always meet someone from Ossipee. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Carter Ledge Trail, and some of the water nearby flows, like Frenchman Brook. Whohoo, so many cool things in one place!
