Good hiking is available along the Three Ponds Trail, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Rattlesnake Mountain Trail. This campground is so tremendous. Get dripping wet paddling on Baker River, and don't leave without dropping by Wellington State Beach. The amount of rain that falls at Pemi River Campground is close to the national average; most of the rain falls throughout August, and the driest month of the year is February. The staff who's always there to help out and a nice variety of enjoyable stuff are rather astonishing.
