While you're here at Mountain-Lake Campground you can play some golf at Waumbek Golf Club; nearby you come across the Moose Trail which is a nice hiking trail. A delightful vista of striking Bunker Hill is available from Mountain-Lake Campground; you can go for a hike on the
Black Brook Trail. All the good local attractions in the neighborhood and the nearby outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back many times. The people who take care of the campground and the capably maintained facilities have people coming here. Mountain-Lake
Campground gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Otter Brook is a stream that you may bump into during your stay; you'll possibly meet some people from Lancaster here.
