Time to get out and breathe some fresh air, you've got to get out of the house, and Mascoma Lake Campground, New Hampshire is a wonderful spot for getting out. Mascoma Lake Campground is a very well esteemed campground by the residents of Enfield. A visit to New Hampshire is not complete without some camping. Whaleback, the nearby ski area has a height difference of 700 feet; this ski area has 7 different ski lifts, and 9 feet of beautiful snow per season covering its 28 slopes. 67% of the slopes at Whaleback are easy. Of the 60 acres of skiable territory 33% is tough; there's something for everybody       at Whaleback. If you like whitewater, there is the Mascoma Lake to Route 4 section, a category II-III(IV) whitewater stretch on Mascoma River, 3.9 miles long. This section of Mascoma River is well suited for whitewater paddlers who   have been whitewater kayaking and rafting for some time but who are not yet set for the extremely risky rapids. Don't overlook to check conditions prior to departure whitewater kayaking and rafting to guarantee your protection.
