Green Meadow Camping Area, White Mountains, New Hampshire   Green Meadow Camping Area is very popular with campers from Glen. Glen Ellis Dam has splendid water scenery and it's in close proximity to Green Meadow Camping Area, and Ellis River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. All the outdoors enjoyable stuff in the White Mountains will keep you coming back many times. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Humphreys Ledge Trail; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can     always go whitewater paddling on Rocky Branch. A number of folks camp here to be near White Mountain National Forest. Green Meadow Camping Area is a great camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the White Mountains. During the long summer days, highs ordinarily are in the 50's at Green Meadow Camping Area, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, ordinarily in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Green Meadow Camping Area dip into the-10's. Lots of folks from Glen come to Green Meadow Camping Area, and the Cow Brook Trail offers hiking at its best. While you're here at Green Meadow Camping Area you can take a hike along the Red Ridge Trail, and Mt. Washington State Park is a glorious place to go to on a lovely day. This campground is so charming. The skiing at Black Mountain is glorious; here at Green Meadow Camping Area you can see Thorn Hill. Yeah, come up here to the White Mountains for a glorious time. The kind reception and lots of enjoyable stuff to do have people coming from far and wide. All the great local attractions in close proximity and so many things to do will make you delighted you came. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Green Meadow Camping Area is right by the Bruce Path, and why not a little side trip to Ellis River. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the White Mountains. A spree to White Mountain National Forest when you're here at Green Meadow Camping Area is never a bad idea, and if you're here at Green Meadow Camping Area, checking out Humphreys Ledge is a must. This is truly a nice campground. Take a hike on the Moat Mountain Trail, and a golf course nearby is North Conway Country Club. Green Meadow Camping Area is a pretty wet place typically with a large amount of precipitation; during the month of November you get the most snow around here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
