The Piper Trail is a fine hiking trail in close proximity to Foothills Campground, and get wet paddling on Bearcamp River. No problem at all; Foothills Campground is a perfect local campground if you happen to be in New Hampshire. The surroundings of this campground have such a vast number of things to offer. Paddling on Wonalancet is so much fun, and White Lake State Park is a great location to stretch
| your legs a bit. One of the principal traits of the surroundings of Foothills Campground is Ryan Hill; White Mountain National Forest is a beautiful site any time of year. Foothills Campground is a nice camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the White Mountains. If the weather is perfect here at Foothills Campground, you can go for a hike along the Hammond Trail, and Lovell River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. While you're here at Foothills Campground you can play some golf at Indian Mound Golf Club; hey, Gotta ski right? | |

King Pine is a wonderful spot to do that. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the White Mountains. People from Silver Lake love to come to Foothills Campground, and going for a hike along the Weetamoo Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.
All year is a great time in the White Mountains if you adore the outdoors. Going for a hike on the White Ledge Trail is always a great adventure, and there's some flowing water close by, Deer Brook is a stream you can visit while here. Several folks camp here to be near White Lake
State Park. So much enjoyable stuff right next door to Foothills Campground; it's always fun being here. Foothills Campground generally gets a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is November, and September is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Foothills
Campground during the summer are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are generally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Foothills Campground are in the 0's. The magnificent selection of local attractions, and all the outdoors
recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back again and again. What a site this is for outdoors people. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things next to Foothills Campground. Very wonderful water scenery is available at Chocorua River Dam right next door to Foothills
Campground, and nearby you hit upon the Carter Ledge Trail which is a good hiking trail. Foothills Campground is a campground liked by folks of Silver Lake.
