Terraces Picnic Area is a location with many visitors from Sparks, and you can run the rapids of Truckee River. During the summer highs here at Terraces Picnic Area get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are ordinarily in the 40's; night lows in the 20's for Terraces Picnic Area.

Lakes Golf Course.
This is such a good campground. Really nice skiing awaits you at Mt. Rose, and the Mount Rose Trail offers hiking at its best. A lake close by is Alexander Lake, and Rosewood Lakes Golf Course is a fine golf course nearby.
The helpful operators of the
campground and all the glorious passtime activities are a glorious attraction for lots of people. It is very arid here at Terraces Picnic Area ordinarily; most of the rain falls through January, and August is the month with the least moisture.
Terraces Picnic Area is a campground that is extremely loved by folks of Sparks.
