| | There are so many amusing things to do in close proximity to Camp N Town; it's one of those locations where everything is fine. A day at South Beach right next door to Camp N Town is time well spent, and unsurprisingly, everyone loves Tahoe State Park. Some folks stay at Camp N Town when going to South Beach. The surroundings of this campground have such an incredible array of things to offer. While staying at Camp N Town you could always discover Combs Canyon; whitewater paddling is pleasant on Truckee River.

Rose Trail, and Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park is a great place. Camp N Town gets very little rain; January is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is July. There's some flowing water nearby, Ash Canyon Creek is a stream you can visit while here. Lakes are
| delightful; Dry Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Camp N Town.
There's more to do next to Camp N Town other than just hanging out such as hiking, whitewater paddling, swimming, playing golf, and fishing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Through the long summer days at Camp N Town temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows plunge down to the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Camp N Town.
