Lots of folks stay at Stanton Creek Lodge for the purpose of being right next door to Glacier National Park. Good hiking is available along the Ousel Peak Trail, and Belton Hills is clearly visible from Stanton

Having a tremendous time at Stanton Creek Lodge is painless. Glacier National Park is a good location in the neighborhood of Stanton Creek Lodge, and you can go for a hike on the Lincoln Lake Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the Lewis Range has to offer. What would winter be without some skiing at Big Mountain, and unsurprisingly, everybody loves Wayfarers State Park. Whitefish Lake State Park is worth stopping at if you're at Stanton Creek Lodge; the South Boundary Trail is a tremendous hiking trail | |

This campground is so good. If you're here at Stanton Creek Lodge and you like golf, you can visit Glacier View Golf Club; close by you hit upon the Camas Creek Trail which is a good hiking trail.
In Montana you never run out of outdoors exciting things. Stanton
Creek Lodge is a popular spot with folks in Essex. Stanton Creek Lodge gets very little precipitation; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow, and the driest month is April.
The personnel that operates this campground and the competently looked after facilities
have scores of people coming here. There's heaps of outdoors recreation available around here such as playing golf, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so running out of cool stuff to do won’t happen. Stanton Creek Lodge is to be found in the Lewis Range.
There are some delightful
whitewater spots on Flathead River - Middle Fork. At Stanton Creek Lodge cool stuff to do is abundant, and it is a very wonderful campground. Through the days of summer highs here at Stanton Creek Lodge reach the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. The cold days
of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Stanton Creek Lodge temperatures fall to the 0's.
