This is such a glorious campground. At Rocky Mountain Campground you always meet someone from Gardiner, and McMinn Bench is something you shouldn't miss since you're here. For the period of the summertime months, highs usually are in the 80's at Rocky Mountain
| Campground. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Rocky Mountain Campground drop into the 10's.
Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever want to return home again.
