A tremendous place like Bannack State Park right next door to Lodgepole is too pleasant to leave out; there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Gold Creek Trail. This campground   has so much amusing stuff to offer. Gotta ski! Discovery Ski is a great place to do that, and the Stine Creek Trail is a good hiking trail close by. Boulder Creek is a great local stream, and going for a hike on the Copper Creek Trail is always a delightful adventure. Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Lodgepole.
