For the period of the wintertime the highs are generally in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Livingston Koa all through the winter usually dip into the 0's.   You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area close to Livingston Koa has to offer. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Snowbank Trail, and there's whitewater on Boulder River for all you adrenaline people. This campground is so beautiful. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Boulder River - West, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Yellowstone River.
