The surroundings of this campground have so many things to offer. You can run the rapids of Flathead River - Middle Fork next to Dog Creek Campground; going for a hike along the Fort Steele

With such a vast number of things to do in Montana you'll never get bored. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Stillwater River; needless to say, everyone loves Lone Pine State Park.
