This is such a pleasant campground. There are some great whitewater spots on White Sand Creek. Lakes? Sure, Lake Como is nearby. So much entertaining stuff in the Bitterroot Range, just amazing. Everybody close by loves
skiing at Lost Trail Powder Mountain, and while you're here you can play some golf at Hamilton Golf Club.
Angler's Roost Campground is a tremendous camp ground to use as a base while enjoying the Bitterroot Range. Angler's Roost Campground is prized by residents of Hamilton.
There are glorious locations to explore along the Saint Mary Peak Trail, and enjoy a round of golf at Golf Club. Angler's Roost Campground gets very little rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
