| | I am 17 years old and I have been going to Meramec State Park every summer since I was 2. Its my second home. There is no other place I would rather be then in the campground. Its peaceful, quiet and just absolutly amazing. The sight and smell of the area stay with you ( or at least me=]) for a long time. Its heaven=] Says Meg
Among the things you can do in the neighborhood of Sullivan Meramec Adventure Campground are whitewater paddling, playing golf, fishing, swimming, and hiking, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. |

If you come at the right time of year, Meramec River offers some good whitewater, and a trip to Meramec State Park invigorates the soul. Go for a hike on the Berryman Trail, and nearby you hit
upon Pump Hollow which is a fine location to pop by. So many local attractions and such a wonderful variety of outdoors recreation are guaranteed to keep you coming back again and again.
