Tipsinah Mounds Park, Minnesota   Tipsinah Mounds Park/Campground is located in the West central region of Minnesota on beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake.   A public boat launch, over 40 RV camping sites, plus tenting.  General store with Ice Cream treats, ice, bait, camping supplies, some groceries, firewood sales, attached game room too.  Close to 18 hole golf cours. Excellent fishing with pontoon, fishing boat, paddle boats and canoe rental . Hiking and walking paths thru native prarie.  Bouyed swimming area with sandy beach.  Two rental Cabins and 52 seasonal sites. City owned campround,     family orientated, police patrolled with quiet hours.> You'll meet a lot of people from Elbow Lake here, and Glendalough State Park is a glorious place to stretch your legs a bit. Tipsinah Mounds Park gets very little precipitation; most of the rain falls during June while February is typically the driest month. Summertime highs at Tipsinah Mounds Park usually tend to be in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 10's with temperatures at Tipsinah Mounds Park dipping down into the-10's throughout winter nights.
