Lots of people stay here for the purpose of being near Wild River State Park. Pokegama Lake RV Park is not far at all from Henriette, and if you come at the right time of year, St. Croix River offers some great whitewater. Skiing at Wild Mountain is one of those things you just should do; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail.
