Onegume - Chippewa National Forest, Minnesota   Alright, the time is here for a camping trip, so what do you say? Onegume in Minnesota is just the site. Onegume gets very little precipitation; June is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is February. Onegume is a very popular old favorite campground among the folks in Cass Lake. All the delightful local attractions around here and the delightful variety of outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back again and again. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Tower Lake Hunter Walker Trails, and a golf course nearby     is Sandtrap Golf Course. This campground is so tremendous. There's great hiking along the Webster Lake Trail System; right next door to Onegume you locate a golf course called Greenwood Golf Course. Good hiking is available along the Meadow Lake Trail System, and as expected Fox Creek is a beautiful stream that is worth stopping at. This is such a tremendous campground. Swede Hill can be made out from Onegume. During the summer months here at Onegume, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Onegume temperatures drop to the-10's. The caring ambiance and the pleasant facilities have people coming from all over. A visit to Minnesota is not complete without some camping. You'll   meet a lot of people from Cass Lake here, and Lake Bemidji State Park is both wonderful and delightful. Now, you may believe that's lots but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Onegume. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Onegume; Carter Lake Trail is a magnificent local trail, and Chippewa National Forest is a great location to explore on a gorgeous day. Some of the things you can do here at Onegume are hiking, and playing golf, so running out of entertaining things to do won’t happen. Go for a hike on the Star Island Trail System, and fine skiing awaits you at Buena Vista. Onegume is located in an area with scores of entertaining things to do; campgrounds like these are great.
