Dawson's Lakeside Campground/ RV Park, Minnesota   I've been going to Dawson's Campground for the past 30 years, back when the Dawson's actually owned the campground, and it has the same appeal and fun times now that it did back then. One of the reasons I look forward to family reunions, is for an excuse to go back to that campground, and of course to see family. Says Michael Johnson Minnesota has scores of outdoors activities. There are so many entertaining things to do near Dawson's Lakeside Campground, and if you're searching for a wonderful place to go camping for a couple of days, this is a     great pick. Dawson's Lakeside Campground is an old favorite with the folks from Fairmont. Okamanpedan State Park is a tremendous place to visit on a delightful day; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Lily Creek. Everybody should go camping for a couple of days once in a while, and Dawson's Lakeside Campground is a wonderful local campground if you happen to be in Minnesota. George Lake Dam is wonderful and it's near Dawson's Lakeside Campground. There's a lot of outdoors recreation available in the neighborhood such as fishing, playing golf, and swimming, so running out of amusing things to do won’t happen. The positive environment and the great large amount of fun activities are quite mind-blowing. A number of folks camp here in order to be in the vicinity of Okamanpedan State Park. This campground is always   a joy. Interlaken Golf Club Lounge is a brilliant golf course close by, and if you're here, you could also have a look at beautiful Amber Lake. Here at Dawson's Lakeside Campground you'll probably meet some folks from Fairmont; Riverside Hills is a splendid local ski area. High temperatures at Dawson's Lakeside Campground throughout the warmest time of the year are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Dawson's Lakeside Campground.
