Camp Faribo, Minnesota   Camp Faribo is a full-service RV resort and Campground. We are located about 45 miles south of the Twin Cities, just off 35W exit 56 in Faribault, Minnesota. We are a Good Sam Park, see our ad in the Trailer Life Camping Book. We have grass and shade trees, and a 55 foot heated swimming pool. We have room for anything from tents to Big rigs that need some room. In our recreation hall we have video games, pool, ping-pong, air hockey and picinic tables to accomodate group activities. Going to Nerstrand Big Woods State Park close to Camp Faribo is a perfect thing to do, and Kings Mill Dam is an exciting thing to check out. The annual rain here at Camp Faribo is about average; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Camp Faribo. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Camp Faribo. Skiing at Buck Hill is one of those things you just ought to do. This campground has so unbelievably much. While you're here at Camp Faribo, you could also have a look at stunning Wells Lake; if you're a golfer then a tremendous nearby   course is Straight River Golf Course.
