Buffalo Valley Camping is a campground where campfires are allowed. Ski down the 22 ski trails of Spirit Mountain; this ski area has a height difference of 700 feet. Spirit Mountain has 9 good ski lifts and gets on average 8 feet of snow annually. 70% of the 175 acres       of terrain at Spirit Mountain is beginner and intermediate, fine for kids and learners. 30% of the ski trails on the other hand are demanding and fine for skilled skiers. On Midway River you locate the nearby Highway 61 to Thomson   Reservoir portion. This is a type I-II, 4-mile-long sweep of whitewater. This sweep of Midway River is a sweep of water well suited for learners in whitewater boating. If you are going whitewater boating, you should always check current conditions. Everybody likes a cool journey to nearby Thrillz; why not a little side trip to Little River.
