Take a little trip to Elk River since you're here at Vacation Village, and while you're here, you could also have a look at stunning Petobego Pond. You are near Meguzee Point while you're here at Vacation Village, and there are plenty of folks from Elk Rapids here at Vacation Village. The staff of this glorious campground and the glorious facilities are in themselves cause enough to come here. Places like Leelanau State Park are glorious to take a look at, and if you're a golfer then a brilliant nearby course is Elk Rapids Golf Course. Michigan has a lot of outdoors activities. Throughout the warm months at Vacation Village temperatures are generally in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Vacation Village dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Traverse City State Park is a glorious spot to stretch your legs a bit, and Shanty Creek has nice slopes and a friendly staff.
