AMENITIES:
Tent camping is available - We have individual rustic & electric campsites as well as rustic & electric group sites that hold from 5 to 100.
RV hookups are available - 28 RV hookups - Our sites are very large and level we can accomodate your 19' RV to 45'' with slides, toy-haulers, vehicles, trailers and boats. Specials: Monthly campsite rentals from Labor Day to Memorial Day - pay for a week - stay on lot for a month. We also have Winter RV Camping for the snowmobilers and skiers. Pay for a week - stay on lot for a month. Put your sled trailer on site and ride from camp!
Pets are allowed - We are very pet friendly and have a 95'x100' pet exercise
 
    area.
Campfires are allowed - Campfire rings are provided as well as picnic tables in each site.
Grocery store nearby - 6 miles to the Dublin Spartan Store which is also the famous ''The Jerky Store''
No pool - Swimming

Game Room - The Lodge:  Dish TV, Games, Pool Table, Laundromat, book exchange, videos, microwave, dish washing sink, snack machine, tables for games.

Fishing - MAJOR fishing area - We site 4 miles from Tippy Dam - Salmon runs in the fall, spring Steelhead runs on the Big Manistee Bear Creek & The Pine River - blue ribbon trout streams The Backwaters to the Tippy Dam - panfish heaven LOTS

Boating - MAJOR canoeing and kayaking area - We sit across the road from Low Bridge the take out point for the famous Pine River - the fastest river in Michigan with a section of class II whitewater. Several liveries in the area. Two will pick you up at your campsite Right around the corner is the Big Manistee a great family tubing, rafting, canoeing and kayaking river Also right around the corner is the backwaters to the Tippy Dam - fabulous for canoeing and kayaking.
Activities for kids - Holiday weekends - craft hour - scavenger hunts, pet & bike parades, hayrides, games.  Non holidays we have the Lodge with games and movies.
Playground - Including our famous Castle !
Cabins - 4 rental units: 2 FULL HOUSEKEEPING CABINS - Full kitchen & bath, Dish TV, A/C, Queen big log beds, fully stocked with everything - all linens, fully stocked kitchen - Sleeps 4 - VERY CLEAN and beautiful ! RENTAL 35' 5th WHEEL - Hooked up to water & sewer, full kitchen & bath, Dish TV, air conditioning, King size bed, fully stocked with all linens, fully stocked kitchen - sleeps 5 - VERY CLEAN and pretty
RUSTIC BUNKHOUSE - Sleeps 8. Beds, couch, table, frig, microwave, coffee pot, water jug furnace. No A/C or kitchen or bath.
Restrooms
Showers - Mens & Womens.  3 stalls and howers in each.  ''They don't look like campgorund bathrooms'' to quote our campers!  The #1 thing we're known for and get high ratings for - Kept VERY clean
Store - The Twin Oaks Mini Mall has everything from firewood - ice - souveniers - ice cream - RV supplies - candy - apparel - food & miscellaneous.
