Both seasons, this has been one of the cleanest and quietest campgrounds we have camped in. I highly recommend this campground to all campers looking for a clean, quiet location close to many attractions for day tripping. Says Mike Sutton Mac Arthur Lock is a place that is right next door to     Soo Locks Campground, and Sault STE Marie Municipal Golf Course is a golf course close by. All through the summertime here at Soo Locks Campground, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Soo Locks Campground during the winter generally plunge into the 0's. Why not stop at Mission Point also since you're here, and a golf course nearby is Tanglewood Marsh Golf Course. This campground has so much. For you golfers we recommend close by Country Club, and why not take a little spree to Mission Creek since you're here. Now, you may imagine that's a load but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Soo Locks Campground. Going to Brimley State Park right next door to Soo Locks Campground   is a wonderful thing to do. While you're here at Soo Locks Campground you will meet lots of folks from nearby Kincheloe, and no need to travel far to stop by out of the ordinary stuff like Marchand Rock. A typical amount of rain falls here at Soo Locks Campground; September is when you get the most rain here; February is the month with the least moisture.
