Both seasons, this has been one of the cleanest and quietest campgrounds we have camped in. I highly recommend this campground to all campers looking for a clean, quiet location close to many attractions for day tripping. If you're here at Soo Locks Campground and you like golf, you can pop by Sault STE Marie Municipal Golf Course, and Mac Arthur Lock is not far at all from Soo Locks Campground. Through the long summer days highs here at Soo Locks Campground get into the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Soo Locks Campground. This is beyond doubt a good campground. You'll discover a wonderful lake called Oldman Lake near Soo Locks Campground; in close proximity to Soo Locks Campground you come across a golf course called Country Club. Soo Locks Campground is a good spot of common precipitation; most of the rain falls through September while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.   A cool spot to go to in close proximity to Soo Locks Campground is Marchand Rock; a trip to close by Mission Point is very relaxing. Yeah, come here to Soo Locks Campground for a glorious time. Enjoy a round of golf at Tanglewood Marsh Golf Course not far from Soo Locks Campground, and Brimley State Park is a glorious site to go.
