The good selection of local attractions, and the close by outdoors recreation are good motives to come. If you fancy the outdoors, you won’t be disappointed; there's swimming,     playing golf, whitewater paddling, and fishing, so you won’t get bored. This is such a nice campground. Enjoy a round of golf at Paw Paw Lake Golf Club not far from Rush Lake Campgrounds; the skiing at Swiss Valley is wonderful. There are other places here than Rush Lake Campgrounds, for example School Section Lake; a spree here wouldn’t be complete without a journey to close by Van Buren State Park. At Rush Lake Campgrounds you always meet someone from Hartford; if you come at the right time of year, East Race offers some magnificent whitewater. As long as you adore the outdoors you will adore Michigan. Rush Lake Campgrounds is liked by the people of Hartford.
