| | River View Campground & Canoe Livery is located on the beautiful Rifle River in Sterling Michigan. We offer camping, canoeing, tubing and kayak rentals for groups and families.
We offer campsites ranging from full-hookup to rustic. With over 1 mile of river-front camping, River View Campground offers more river-front camping than any other campground on the Rifle River.
Our 120 acre campground borders state forests lands and offers many hiking and mountain biking trails.

for those who do not want the hassle and expense of hauling your RV.

River View is open daily during the camping season. (May 1 - October 15th) Reservations

Don't forget to take a pleasant little tour to Parmalee Creek, and River View Campground & Canoe Livery is right by the Mosquito Alley Truck Trail. Pets are allowed - Pets must be kept on leash at all times. Pets must never be left unattended. Noisy or aggressive dogs will be asked to be removed.
Campfires are allowed - Due to firewood quarantine, no outside firewood allowed.
Has Store - We offer a full line of groceries & picnic supplies, cold beer & wine, snacks, candy, dairy products, fresh pizza, nachos, hot pretzels, hot coffee & donuts, hot & cold sandwiches, pop, ice, hats, clothing, charcoal & grills, coolers, camping supplies, mini drug line, live bait, toys, firewood, toiletries, R.V. supplies, etc..
Grocery store nearby - Several party stores nearby and a full grocery store a short 10 minute drive away.
No pool
Game Room - Our recreation center is available to all of our campers. This 32x64 foot pavilion provides groups a great place to picnic out of the hot sun, or shelter for those rainy days. Inside the pavilion is a game room with pinball machines, a pool table, darts, and video games.
