Ogemaw Sport and Trail Center, Michigan   I spend most of my summer weekends at ostc and its a great area for any kind of orv use. They have modern showers, toilets, and electrical and water hookup on each site! then theres the motocross track (theres three of varying difficulties, mini, intermediate,and the big track) which is well groomed, as well as the private trail system on 175 acres. There is also the state orv and snowmobile trails very nearby. You can also ride legally on the county roads. Awesome place, Awesome ride. Apple Valley Golf Course is a golf course close to Ogemaw Sport and Trail Center, and nearby you come across the Mosquito Alley Truck Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. A campground like this is too great to miss. The East Fireline Trail is a great hiking trail close to Ogemaw Sport and Trail Center, and Huron National Forest is a pleasant spot to stop at. The amount of precipitation that falls at Ogemaw Sport and Trail Center is close to the national average; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; February is when it's the driest. On a nice day at Ogemaw Sport and Trail Center you can take a hike along the Sterling Truck Trail, and for   you golfers we recommend close by West Branch Country Club. So much entertaining stuff to do at Ogemaw Sport and Trail Center, so little time. A trip to S. Higgins Lake State Park revitalizes the soul.
