Little Bay - Hiawatha National Forest, Michigan   There are so many entertaining things near Little Bay; camping is such an enjoyable thing to do, and this is a delightful place to do that. The caring operators of the campground and the ably maintained facilities are reasonably inspiring. This is a magnificent campground. Enjoy a round of golf at Terrace Bluff Golf & Country Club not far from Little Bay, and Escanaba River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Little Bay while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the     20's, and night lows at Little Bay through the wintertime commonly sink into the 0's. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. If you're here at Little Bay and you like golf, you can pop by Escanaba Country Club; a tour to Newport State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. An average amount of rain falls at Little Bay; September is the month that gets the most rain while February is usually the driest month. As long as you have a thing about the outdoors you will have a thing about Michigan. While you're here at Little Bay you will meet lots of people from nearby Escanaba, and visiting Rock Island State Park is a wonderful thing to do. If you're here at Little Bay, you could pop by Willow Creek; if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ford River. Little Bay is   a campground liked by the people in Escanaba. At last, the time to go camping is here again; Little Bay in Michigan is a really delightful place to spend some time. The glorious selection of local attractions, and such a glorious variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. A golf course in close proximity to Little Bay is Highland Golf Club, and the snow is splendid at Gladstone Ski Park.
