Don't forget your fishing pole because this spot has some tremendous fishing; take the dog, you are permitted to take pets. Ok, it's about time you went camping, don't you think? Hilltop Campgrounds in Michigan is the outdoors at its finest. There are RV hookups for your RV here, and Hilltop Campgrounds is a good spot for tent camping.

Some people select Hilltop Campgrounds in order to be right next door to Metamora-Hadley State Park. There is a laundromat for you to employ, and this campground has a playground for the little ones.
The positive ambiance and the well taken care of facilities attract people from all over. There is a supermarket in the vicinity where one may buy groceries.

a marina, Summit North is in the neighborhood, and a magnificent game of mini golf is always enjoyable at Sport-Way. Hilltop Campgrounds is not the only site close by, Lake Metamora is a close by lake. What more enjoyable way to take pleasure in a day than with a good game of mini golf at Uncle Al's Putt & Play. What would winter be without some skiing at Pine Knob, and Win A Gin Farms Limited is an excellent location to ride horses near Hilltop Campgrounds.

AMENITIES
Tent camping is available - Tents are allowed but the prices are the same as RV's because all sires have water and electric.
RV hookups are available - All 60 sites have electric and water hook up. We have an on site propane filling station. Sites 1,2,3 have 20/30/50amp electric, water and sewer open all year. Sites 4 to 14, 19 to 26, 54 to 60 have 20/30/50amp electric, water and gray water pits open from May 1st to Oct 1st. The remaining sites 15 to 18, 27 to 53 have 20/30amp electric, water open from May 1st to Oct 1st. During the May 1st to Oct. 1st season use of the dump station is free or we offer a pump out service on Thursday's for $15.
Pets are allowed - We are pet friendly and pets stay for free!
Campfires are allowed - All sites have a fire pit.
Grocery store nearby - If we don't have it Kroger, Walmart, And Meijer are just 5 to 10 minutes up the road.
No pool - But we do have a nice sandy swimming beach.
No Game Room
Restaurant(s) nearby - There are 2 very nice restaurants located right on the lake, you could rent one of our pontoons and take a boat ride to dinner. Both have excellent food and drinks.
Nearby attractions - There are 2 beautiful golf courses within 5 minutes. There is a driving range, put-put golf, and a go-cart track within walking distance, just across the road.
Fishing - We are located on the shore of beautiful Lake Nepessing. There are Bass, Walleye, Pike, Perch, Crappy, Blue Gill..... and just last October there was a new state record Sunfish caught out of Lake Nepessing.
Boating - We have a boat launch and docking available for campers and if you don't have your own boat we rent peddle boats, row boats, motor boats, and pontoon boats all from the camp store.
Playground - Swings, tether ball, climbing fire truck, and sand pile.
Showers - Restroom and showers are ADA accessible.
Store - The store is open all year 7 days a week. We have a Propane filling station. We sell Beer, pop, bread, snacks..... We also sell live bait and tackle. We rent boats. We sell firewood delivered right to your site.

$25. 00 per night Monday through Thursday

All rates are based on 2 adults and 3 Children. Persons 16 years of age or older are not children.
Visitors are welcome but they MUST CHECK IN AT THE STORE. The charge for visitors is $2. 00 per day or $4. 00 if spending the night. Visitors must leave campgrounds by 9:00 PM or pay for the night. Visitors should park their cars in the parking lot. Failure to check in at the store will result in removal from the property.
