| | Just wanted to update you on campgrounds in Muskegon County. Jerry's Campground in Montague is now owned by the City and has been renamed Trailway Campground. So many local attractions and such a great variety of outdoors recreation will make you happy you came. Camping out sure is a fun thing to do, and Fisherman's Landing Campground in Michigan is such a perfect place. Golf can be played at Muskegon |
Country Club, and don't leave without going to P. J. Hoffmaster State Park. Fisherman's Landing Campground gets a typical amount of rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February.
If you come to this campground, you will have

If you're a golfer then a pleasant nearby course is Chase Hammond Golf Club; swamps don’t sound that fine but Sanford Bayou in close proximity to Fisherman's Landing Campground is reasonably fine. At Fisherman's Landing Campground all through the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Fisherman's Landing Campground are in the 10's. There's such an incredible array of things to do near | |

The pleasant staff and all the cool stuff have people coming from far and wide. Some folks camp here in order to be close to P. J. Hoffmaster State Park.
What a location this is for outdoors people. There's
some flowing water nearby, Ryerson Creek is a stream you can stop by while you're here, and the good folks of Muskegon-Norton Shores like to hang out close by. The Cedar Creek Cycle Trail is a nice hiking trail close to Fisherman's Landing Campground, and a trip here wouldn’t be
complete without a spree to close by Muskegon State Park.
Near Fisherman's Landing Campground you hit upon the Horseshoe Lake Cycle Trail which is a fine hiking trail, and not far from Fisherman's Landing Campground you'll hit upon Bear Lake which is a gorgeous lake. Fisherman's
Landing Campground is a campground prized by the folks in Muskegon. Michigan is a perfect place for outdoors people.
For you golfers we recommend close by Westwind Golf Course.
