A tour to Camp Kinawind wouldn’t be complete without a spree to nearby Petoskey State     Park, and Bear River has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. Yeah, come here to Camp Kinawind for a great time. A pleasant spot like Otsego Lake State Park in the vicinity of Camp Kinawind is too wonderful to leave out; the skiing at Boyne Mountain is great. People from Boyne Falls love to come to Camp Kinawind, and at Camp Kinawind you can see Chandler Hills. Camp Kinawind gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; during September this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February. Summertime highs at Camp Kinawind mostly tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Highs during the winter are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Camp Kinawind dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights. This campground is a wonderful location to have a look at. This is a tremendous vicinity for people who like lakes.
