| | It's a cool campground to go to but if you like to stay out late stay away because they come around at like ten and make everyone go bad to their own camp sites and you can't stay at that play ground. And if you don't go back to your campsite when they make their second rounds the rangers chase you on golf carts. Which is pretty fun because you have to out run them. and Sandy Pond Campground is close to Pilgrim Memorial State Park (Plymouth Rock) which is a beautiful spot. While visiting this vicinity in Massachusetts it's a good idea to go for a camping trip too. Little Buttermilk Bay is not far from Sandy Pond Campground at all; if you're
looking for a beach close by we recommend Indian Mound Beach.
Sandy Pond Campground gets a lot of water; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; June on the other hand is the driest. A golf course near Sandy Pond Campground is Atlantic Country Club,
and obviously, this is a pleasant area for folks who like lakes, Covel Pond is a lake in the neighborhood.
