The staff who's always there to help out and all the exciting things to do beat anything.

Damon Pond is a lake that's near Pine Campgrounds. Pine Campgrounds frequently gets a large amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls through November, and September is when it's the driest.
There are some delightful whitewater spots on Souhegan River; Juniper Hill can
| be seen from Pine Campgrounds. Drift down the rapids of Souhegan River in a kayak, and Leominster State Forest is worth a visit. Golf can be played at Townsend Ridge Country Club, and hey, Trapfall Brook is a tremendous local stream.
Going for a hike along the Mitchell Hill Road will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and there's a nice forest called Willard Brook State Forest.

quite chillier of course, frequently in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Pine Campgrounds. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Stony Brook, and if the weather is magnificent, you can go for a hike along the Wapack
Trail.
Some folks camp here so they can go to Willard Brook State Forest. When was the last time you went camping for a couple of days? Pine Campgrounds in Massachusetts is exactly what you need. And if that's not sufficient, there's a heap more to do right next door to Pine
Campgrounds.
This is such a great campground. For you golfers we recommend nearby Maplewood Golf Course, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Old Country Road. This campground is so great. You're sure to stumble upon some nice people from Ashby here, and Willard Brook State Forest is a great spot to go.
