| way to kill some time, and magnificent water scenery is available at Lake George Dam right next door to Oak Haven Family Campground.
Scores of people camp here during their visit to Streeter Point Recreation Area. Throughout the days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Oak Haven Family Campground. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Oak Haven Family Campground descend into the 10's. This is truly a wonderful campground. Streeter Point Recreation Area is a glorious spot to stop by on a beautiful day; playing golf is lots of fun at Valhalla
at Quaboag Country Club. Can't wait to pitch that tent; Oak Haven Family Campground, Massachusetts is a delightful location for getting out.
A visit to Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is recommended; what would winter be without some skiing at
Pine Ridge. Oak Haven Family Campground is a reasonably wet place usually with lots of rainfall; August is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture.
Bigelow Hollow State Park is both good and wonderful, and it's near Oak Haven Family
Campground, and lakes are such serene sites, why not go to Staffordville Reservoir. Massachusetts is a delightful location for outdoors people. Yeah, come here to Oak Haven Family Campground for a great time. If you're a golfer then a splendid nearby course is Hemlock Ridge Golf Course, and float down the rapids of Natchaug River in a kayak.
