North Of Highland Camping Area, Massachusetts Amenities AMENITIES Tent camping is available - We specialize in mostly tent camping. RV hookups are available - We currently only offer water and electric hookups for our seasonal campers who stay with us a half or full season. No Pets No fires - We are a pine forest surrounded by National Seashore and open fires are not allowed. We do allow cooking with charcoal as long as campers follow the safety precautions outlined in our rules. Has Store - Our camp store is open during our peak season. Grocery store nearby - There are various grocery stores and a farmers market all within 5 to 10 miniutes of the campground. No pool Game Room - We offer a recreation hall with pool tables, ping pong and fussball. Showers - We offer coin operated hot metered showers. Laundry facilities Restaurant(s) nearby - There are plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. Nearby attractions - Visit the Truro Chamber of Commerce and the National Seashore offices for a full list of wonderful attractions, nature walks and historical venues. Fishing - We are a 6 minute walk to Head of the Meadow beach where there is an abundance of fish. Boating - There are multiple places nearby where one may kayack or sail.
