Going to York Lake near Camp Overflow is a glorious thing to do, and it's a brilliant idea to stop by Dimmock Brook. Outdoors recreation is plentiful, some of the exciting stuff you can do is fishing, swimming, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so you won’t run out of things to do. There is so much enjoyable stuff to do near Camp Overflow, and when you're here you're always having a fine time. If you come at the right time of year, Fall River offers some good whitewater, and hiking along the Wild Cat Trail is magnificent fun. The great choice of local attractions, and the close by outdoors recreation will make you glad you came. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors entertaining things the area in the neighborhood of Camp Overflow has to offer. The personnel of this fine campground and the prettiness of the place have folks coming from far and near. There are some great whitewater spots on Farmington River - West Branch, and going for a hike along the County Road Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. You get a pleasant sight of The Pinacle from Camp Overflow; a fine location like Tolland State Forest is too great to leave out. Camp Overflow is an old favorite with the people from Otis.
