Black Bear Campground is in the vicinity of Bradley Palmer State Park which is a delightful location, needless to say you could also go to Dodge Pond while you're here; it's not far at all.

Campground you can see Batt Hill; Baker Woods is a forest that you can go to.

you get the most rain here, and January on the other hand is the driest.
Get yourself into a kayak and hit Atlantic Ocean. Some activities here at Black Bear Campground are fishing, swimming, whitewater paddling, and playing golf, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Camping in Massachusetts is such a fun thing to do.
