| | Several people camp here when they come to visit Tuckahoe State Park. Duck Neck Camp is incredibly well prized by the people from Crumpton. This campground is so gorgeous. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Boxes Point Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Big Elk Creek. The kind atmosphere and a magnificent variety of enjoyable stuff are in themselves motive enough to come here. Anxious to set up that camp site; Duck Neck Camp in Maryland is a glorious place to go. plentiful, some of the enjoyable stuff you can do is swimming, fishing, hiking, and whitewater paddling, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. For the duration of the warm months highs here at Duck Neck Camp get into the 80's; the overnight is a tad colder
| of course, generally in the 60's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 40's, and night lows at Duck Neck Camp through the winter typically sink into the 20's. Maryland is a glorious outdoors state. Duck Neck Camp is right by the Duck Inn Trail; there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Northeast Creek. Be careful coming to Duck Neck Camp, you might not ever wanna go back home again. to go if you're at Duck Neck Camp, and get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Octoraro Creek. Not far from Duck Neck Camp, you'll come across Urieville Community Lake which is a pretty lake, and there's some flowing water nearby, Goosehaven Creek is a stream you can go
to while you're here. The good pick of local attractions, and such a good variety of outdoors recreation are pleasant motives to come. Duck Neck Camp is a wet spot that gets much rainfall; most of the rain falls through June, and February is the month with the least moisture.
