offers some good whitewater. This is a good campground. A journey to Crescent Beach State Park revitalizes the soul, and golf can be played at Gorham Country Club. Two Lights State Park is a fine place to go if you're at Wassamki Springs, and beautiful scenery and wonderful skiing
is what you obtain at Lost Valley. The high level of rainfall makes Wassamki Springs a reasonably wet spot; most of the rain falls through November, and the driest month of the year is August. Scarborough Beach is in close proximity to Wassamki Springs if you're in a beach
type of mood, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Chandler Brook. Loads of folks camp here in order to be near Scarborough Beach. This campground is so good. Indian Camp Brook is a pretty stream that is worth a visit. The personnel who's always there to lend a hand and all the enjoyable stuff to do attract folks from near and far.
