This is in fact a nice campground. Drift down the rapids of Machias River in a kayak, and Coffins Point is relatively
close. The personnel of this great campground and the splendor of the place are motive enough to come here.
Mill Creek is a stream that you may bump into while you're here; Roque Bluffs State Park is a perfect spot to stretch your legs a bit.
This part of Maine is always a diversion to stop by during camping season. On a great day it's a great idea to spend the day at Jordan Beach, and this is a popular site for people from Harrington.
