South Bay Campground, Maine

| | This was my 1st camping trip in many years. We stayed 3 nights with no problems. The grounds were quiet, well maintained and many sites had a beautiful view of the tidal inlets with no view of the neighbors. We plan to return. Says Robin
Such a great selection of attractions and the close by outdoors recreation are certain to keep you coming back many times. It's been too much time since you went outside, you need to get out of the house, and South Bay Campground in Maine is the outdoors at its greatest. Campground is incredibly popular with the residents of Lubec. Several folks camp here to be near Roosevelt Campobello International Park. So many exciting things in the vicinity of South Bay Campground, just impressive. If you're here at South Bay Campground, do take a spree
to Lubec Neck; close by you locate Gravel Bar which is a great place to stop at. You can catch a glimpse of Ellis Hill from South Bay Campground, and glide down the rapids of Cobscook Falls in a kayak. There's so many things to do in the vicinity of South Bay Campground, and
it is one of a lot of glorious campgrounds in this neighborhood. Some of the things you can do here at South Bay Campground are whitewater paddling, and relaxing, so getting bored is not something that is likely to happen. Roosevelt Campobello International Park is one of the destinations
next to South Bay Campground that are perfect to go to; get yourself into a kayak and hit Whiting Bay. If you're here at South Bay Campground, checking out Estes Head is a must. The pleasant staff and the multitude of amusing stuff to do are rather striking.
